With an exceptional academic and medical background—including undergraduate studies at Stanford University, medical training at UCLA, and residency at UCSF—Dr. Dennings brings extensive medical knowledge, clinical expertise, and physician oversight to our practice.

I’m Adriane McDonald, BSN, RN, founder and Practice Director of Ciani Roots Medical. I’ve spent nearly 40 years in hair restoration, and one thing that experience has taught me is that no two people experience hair loss in the same way.
When you come to us, I want to hear your story. We take time to understand your concerns, evaluate your hair and scalp or skin, and help you explore options that fit your needs and goals. You deserve clear answers, realistic expectations, and care that feels personal from the first conversation.
